Mr.
William Wyatt brings more than 30 years of business
experience to SIM LLC. His field of expertise covers
human resource management, accounting system design and
implementation, risk management, strategic financial and
business planning, management consultation, tax and
regulatory compliance, income tax planning, as well as
benefits and retirement plan administration.
Mr.
Wyatt has provided extensive strategic consulting
services related to business acquisitions and
divestitures. He is an experienced consultant who has
worked with both acquiring companies and organizations
targeted for purchase to structure and negotiate
successful mergers.
Following seven years with a large local CPA firm in
Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Wyatt opened his own accounting
practice. He specialized in financial services for
small- and medium-sized businesses across a wide range
of industries, including information technology,
manufacturing, healthcare, service businesses and retail
operations. In 1979 he accepted the Controller/CFO
position for a promising start-up company called
Computer Maintenance Corporation (CMC). The
Atlanta-based company provided R&M services for large
mainframe computing systems.
Mr.
Wyatt was instrumental in the company's growth,
financial success and extremely profitable merger with
Unisys Corporation in 1997. As a key player on the
management team, Mr. Wyatt's expertise was critical as
CMC expanded its operations into 17 states and
positioned itself for integration with one of the
world's foremost IT services and solutions companies.
Mr.
Wyatt is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a
degree from Georgia State University.
